Please ensure you read BUYATILL.COM Limited - Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to purchasing goods from us via our shopping cart or by mail order:
General Terms and Conditions
1. On Line Shopping Cart or Mail Order shopping from BUYATILL.COM Limited is for sale and delivery of goods within the United Kingdom MAINLAND only.
2. All prices are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT @ 17.5% BUYATILL.COM Limited will try to maintain the price as advertised but we reserve the right to change the price before you place an order.
3. Prices normally exclude delivery charge. Our typical UK MAINLAND delivery charges are as follows:
Small Items - Ribbons etc... £4.00 + VAT or £5.00 + VAT for Recorded Delivery (Royal Mail)
Till Rolls etc... £10.00 + VAT (BUSINESS POST) Next Day (UK Mainland only)
Cash Registers and Larger Items £15.00 + VAT (BUISNESS POST) Next Day (UK Mainland Only)
4. Items will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, depending on stock availability. Cash Registers/Peripherals may take longer depending on customer set up requirements. As standard all deliveries will be made within 28 days. BUYATILL.COM Limited will advise you of any delay in dispatching stock.
5. BUYATILL.COM Limited tries to maintain a stock of most popular Cash Registers/Peripherals, Till Rolls and Ink Consumables. We will endeavor to obtain stock items within 3 working days if not available, however due to the supply from distributors all items must be subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
6. BUYATILL.COM Limited will advise by e-mail or phone when goods are dispatched, with an expected delivery day. If a product was to become lost or damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange with you to replace or repair the goods as quickly as possible.
Payment
Payment can be made on line. We accept most major Credit/Debit cards. Alternatively you can phone, fax or e-mail your order to us and will send you a pro-forma invoice, on receipt of a cheque or Postal Order made payable to BUYATILL.COM Limited the goods will be dispatched.
1. Credit or Debit card. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

All products are covered by a 12 months "RTB" Return to Base Gaurantee, unless stated otherwise. In the unlikley event that you need to return the goods to us for repair. Please be aware that the cost of shipping and insurance will be yours. (We recommend you retain all original packaging if possible). Please Note: we cannot be held responsible for loss of data or corrupt data under any circumstances. The buyer is responsible for software/hardware compatibility of products prior to order and use. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will try to rectify any faults as soon as possible, (this does not include additional programming requirements not requested in the customers initial order instructions) If you are unhappy with an item purchased from us, please let us know! You are our business and if you are unhappy we will make every effort to correct the problem. However, all refunds or returns are entirely at the managements discretion. BUYATILL.COM Limited prides itself on offering quality products.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the product with all manuals, attachments and packaging to BUYATILL.COM Limited within 7 days of purchase. Products which have found to have no faults or where the customer has simply changed their mind will be refunded, subject to a 30% + VAT restocking charge. We will not accept any returns not in original packaging. Please keep all boxes and packaging in the event of a fault. Any damage or incomplete or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. BUYATILL.COM Limited accepts no liability after this period. If goods are missing or damaged please call (0845) 201 2575. Postage costs for delivery to and from BUYATILL.COM Limited are billed to customer and cannot be refunded. In case of a refund, delivery costs are not refunded. You may use your own courier, for collection of goods paid in full.
The above terms and conditions apply to the U.K. only and do not affect customers statutory rights.
